Mid-MEAC MMPGS Community Reinvestment Fund: Project Recap

The Community Reinvestment Fund was established through a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission. The Fund is just one of nine projects to expand regional planning efforts in Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties.
